The Pastor’s believe that the local church is called by God and is responsible to make disciples from the people it is called to serve.We believe that the Pastors and the leadership team are the key positions in leading the congregation into a fruit-bearing lifestyle and approach to ministry.
We believe that the leadership teams are a vital link that helps bridge relationships between the older and younger generations and the various cultures within the church.
The Pastors values the intentional development of leaders in their Christ-centered lifestyle and dedication to the Great Commission.
